Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator

New York, NY

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement and manage business and technical processes/workflows within our corporate CRM system
  • Lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015
  • Manage and maintain all technical (and some business) aspects of the CRM system (including database maintenance, customization, etc.)

The Ideal candidate will have a good mix of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SQL Server, programming/coding and business processes, and will be versed in both the technical and business-process aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  • You must have experience implementing and managing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment (preferably, 2015), including
    • Implementing and managing processes/workflows based on business requirements
    • Creating custom entities/fields
  • You must know at least one programming language well. Knowledge of multiple languages (including C#) is preferred
  • You must know your way around a Microsoft SQL database, which includes
    • Experience with SQL Server and SQL Management Studio (2005/2008/2012)
    • Advanced knowledge of writing queries in SQL/T-SQL
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an IT related field such as Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education and practical work experience)
  • A strong understanding of business processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with other CRM systems such as Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Experience in the training/learning field or with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
