2. What are the payment guidelines for registration?
IIL accepts credit cards, purchase orders and checks as methods of payment. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Purchase orders should name 'International Institute for Learning Inc.' as the vendor. Checks should be made out to 'International Institute for Learning Inc.' All courses must be paid for before the start of the first class.

3. What happens if a course is cancelled?
If IIL finds it necessary to cancel a course due to low enrollment, a full refund will be made. IIL will not be responsible for participant’s airfare and/or hotel expenses or cancellation fees.

4. What is the deadline for canceling a course without penalty?
Cancellations received up to fourteen (14) business days before the course are fully refundable. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you will still be responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time. To make a substitution, cancel or to reschedule a course, contact your educational consultant directly or you can call +1-800-325-1533 (US) or +1-212-758-0177.

5. When will I receive a confirmation letter for a course I have enrolled in?
Once an order is placed online or with an educational consultant, an email will immediately be sent out confirming receipt of the registration with the date, times and location (if it is available).

6. Why isn’t a specific location for the class mentioned in my confirmation letter?
Sometimes we will not have the location at the time of registration confirmed. Two weeks prior to the course, you will receive another confirmation email with the course, date, times and location. If there are any changes in the location, we will notify you immediately via email regarding the new location.

7. If I need to miss a class, how can I make it up?
You can contact your educational consultant directly or you can call +1-800-325-1533 (US) or +1-212-758-0177. They will set up for an archived session or reschedule you in another up-coming classroom session.

8. What is the daily schedule for a classroom course?
Classroom courses are from 8:30am – 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch. Registration begins at 8:00 AM on the first day.

9. Will I get a Certificate of Completion?
Yes. On the last day of class, you will receive an IIL Certificate of Completion. If you successfully complete a course through one of our University Partners, your certificate will be mailed to you separately. If you are enrolled in a Microsoft Project course, you will receive a CEU letter. If you have participated in a IIL Virtual Classroom course, you will receive a certificate of completion or CEU letter within 7 business days.

10. When and how can I take my exam?
If you are taking a classroom or IIL Virtual Classroom course, you will automatically be set up for testing after the course. If you are taking an onsite course, the onsite trainer will give you a pre-registration link to sign up to take the exam. If you are doing a self-study, you will need to send an email to onlineexaminations@iil.com when you are ready to take the exam. It will take 24-48 hours to receive your exam information. Once you receive the exam information, you have 30 days to take the exam or to request an extension.

11. Can I find out what grade I received on my exam?
Yes, your score will be given to you automatically at the end of the exam.

12. What happens if I fail an exam?
If you fail an exam, call +1-417-236-0992 or email onlineexaminations@iil.com to schedule a retake. There is a $95.00 fee to retake an exam.

13. How do I report the PDUs I earn with IIL to PMI?
To report your Professional Development Units (PDUs), you will need to submit a PMP® Professional Development Activities Reporting Form directly to PMI®. For more details about this process visit www.PMI.org

14. Can IIL deliver a course at my company’s site?

15. What is IIL’s Project Management Certificate Program Guarantee?
We are certain that IIL’s Project Management Certificate Program will allow you to pass the PMP® Exam your very first try. Our instructors are the best in the business and they have trained thousands and thousands of people who have gone on to become PMPs. Our record speaks for itself.

Our Terms & Conditions
You must attend the entire program and meet PMI’s® requirements for becoming a PMP.
You must take the PMP Exam within 30 days after finishing the IIL program.

If you fail the Exam you are asked to fax your status to us in order to be eligible to take IIL’s 12 hour PMP Prep course including a live coach FREE OF CHARGE or to negotiate for a refund based on all accepted paperwork. Documents to fax (212-755-0777) IIL are:

 
  • Date that you completed the IIL certificate program
    (proof will be needed that you participated in all session)
  • Date that you sat for the Exam
  • Status report showing that your Exam Score
When taking IIL’s 12 hour PMP Prep course you must take the Exam within 30 days to continue to be eligible for a full refund of the Certificate Program.
