This presentation will discuss how and why the culture of feedback is so important in Agile. See how Amadeus has introduced gamification and role playing to foster collaboration and transparency in a safe environment based on a feedback model.


Bio:

I am a senior people and project manager with a strong background in business analysis and development design.

I am not only a project management specialist with a breadth of experience from requirements understanding to solutions delivery, but also a dynamic, engaged and motivated actor in process and methodology improvements, always in the scope of high customer satisfaction.

I am an open and efficient manager with the ability to lead and develop teams in order to meet both client and company objectives. Highly enthusiastic, I take pride in motivating my team members in order for them to fully unleash their extraordinary potential.

My background includes discussing and analysing customers' requirements to get the right solution proposal to their real needs and expectations as well as driving and motivating all project team members towards the same goal.

Having worked on both central systems and front-ends solutions, I have been lucky enough to experience a variety of projects on both Airline IT and Travel agency world.

Acting as an Agile expert for the People & Culture division, I humbly make the bridge between business and development teams working in Agile and the HR processes and tools.

Contributing to leadership and culture transformation to continuously improve and give the best means for our employees and company to grow is definitively my key motivation factors.
