PA8M09 Project Management Certificate Program (on-demand version): Module 9 -- Project Procurement Management $195.00 0
Description
The project procurement management area of knowledge was written based on American Government Standards, and may be handled differently on the international scene. This process may be more formal than some international communities, so it will be important to memorize definitions, and completely understand the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs of each process within this module if you live and work outside of the United States. This overview will touch briefly on these areas and will be covered in depth as we move forward through the procurement management module. According to the PMBOK® Guide, project procurement management includes the processes to purchase or acquire the products, services, or results needed from outside the project team to perform the work. PDUs: 5
