Our Privacy Policy
IIL reserves the right to modify and update the privacy statements in this policy at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes. We recommend that visitors to our websites reread the policy statements periodically to learn of any updates and/or changes we have made to this policy.

IIL and its affiliates believe that maintaining client trust and confidence is a high priority. We understand that you are concerned with how we treat non-public personal information (“Customer Information”) that we collect from you or from other sources about you in the course of providing you with our products and services. For this reason, we want you to understand how we work to protect your privacy when we collect and use information about you, and the steps we take to safeguard that information.

Browsing and Collection through IIL’s Websites
IIL collects customer information through its web site. We use this information to process orders and registrations, enhance our customers' shopping experience, and communicate with our customers about products, courses, services, and promotions. We do not share the information you provide us online with outside companies or third party entities except for those Universities that we have relationships with if you have chosen to participate in that relationship.

When you place an order or register with us, we only collect the necessary personal information needed to fulfill your order or registration.

If you register for our online products or services, we retain your user ID and password and other information about your use of our websites in order that we may recognize you as a registered user. We may obtain your e-mail address from you or from another source. We may send you e-mail offers for our products and services. We may also send you e-mails for third party products and services we think may be of interest to you. All e-mail offers we send to you include an opportunity to opt out from future e-mail offers.

If you use our forums and portals, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.

Your Security
Protecting your order information is our priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect the information you submit.

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than IIL. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser: When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server, which means you won't be able to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection. Disclosure of Information
IIL may disclose (unless your opt out) to affiliated third parties with whom IIL is engaged in a joint marketing arrangement Personal Information we receive from your order or registration, whether verbally, written or electronic. Right to Opt Out of Information Sharing
If you prefer that we not disclose your Personal Information to affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures. That is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted or required by law). Users have the option to opt-out of any email marketing related communications at any time simply by going to Unsubscribe. Use of Agents
We use an outside shipping company to transport orders, and a credit card processing company to complete the transaction for goods and services. We also use an outside company to enable our "live chat" service. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Links to Other Web Sites and Services
IIL's Web site may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These web sites have their own policies regarding privacy. You should review those policies before visiting the web sites. IIL has no responsibility for linked web sites and provides these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors.
