Pre- and Post-Course Knowledge Assessments

Because we believe in a holistic approach to learning, we offer our clients all the key building blocks they need to achieve excellence in a vital learning environment. To measure the effectiveness of the training, we create Pre- and Post-Course Knowledge Assessments unique for each course.
Pre-Course Knowledge Assessments are usually offered to ascertain the level of prior knowledge and skills of individual participants. Pre-Course Assessments are a great tool to help us identify the strengths and areas that participants know, as well as topics that participants have not learned.
Post-Course Knowledge Assessments measure the ‘transfer of knowledge’ the individuals have acquired from the training they attended. Post-Course Knowledge Assessments can also help participants retain knowledge and build confidence in their jobs.
