Measuring What Matters – The Art of Measuring Business Agility

About the Presentation

Business Agility is not a fixed state, but rather a dynamic quality that organizations can cultivate through intentional and disciplined effort, much like athletic performance. While many organizations focus on measuring results and metrics like time-to-market and revenue growth, these indicators only tell part of the story. In this keynote, Ahmed Sidky will introduce 18 key capabilities that drive Business Agility across five domains, including responsive customer-centricity, engaged culture, people-first leadership, value-based delivery, and flexible operations.

Ahmed will discuss why measuring capabilities is even more critical than measuring results when it comes to understanding an organization’s agility. He will delve into the key behaviors that drive agility and explain how measuring capabilities ultimately comes down to observable behaviors.

Moreover, Dr. Sidky will highlight the importance of changing behaviors to improve agility, which requires a different mindset and approach than traditional change management methods. Attendees can expect to leave with actionable strategies for cultivating the capabilities and behaviors needed to enhance their organization’s agility and succeed in today’s dynamic business environment.
