About The Speaker
A strong believer in the adage, “drive the change you want to see around you,” Monika works with people and processes to deliver improved outcomes across projects, programs, and portfolios.
In her current role as head of Agile Centre of Excellence (CoE), she paves the road for Agile Ways of working by driving transformation, processing automation, and re-engineering initiatives.
She has served as Director on the Board of PMIPCC (Project Management Institute Pearl City Hyderabad Chapter) for nearly 5 years and currently gives back to the PM community by volunteering with PMI South Asia Champions and other regional programs.
Monika is an engineer by education and carries various professional Project Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP®), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM®), SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt amongst others.
Since starting her career as a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Tata Teleservices in 2006, Monika has worked with different aspects of service and systems delivery across IT, Telecom, and Gaming industries earning multiple awards:
