Dr. Leon Herszon (PhD, PMP, CSM, CSPO, DASSM) is the Head of IIL Consulting at the International Institute for Learning (IIL). He launched his career at Shell, where he managed the areas of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), Information Technology, and strategic projects. Next, he moved on to IIL, establishing the company’s South American operations with a base in Brazil. Once that was up and running, he moved to the USA and led several initiatives in sales, products and services, and business agility. Currently, he leads IIL’s global consulting practice with headquarters in NYC, with a focus on helping clients on their improvement journey. With a master’s degree focused on project management maturity models, he went on to earn his Ph.D. by proposing a model to support complex projects. Dr. Herszon also lectures on project management at Rutgers Business School and delivers presentations worldwide. He is a several times Ironman finisher, and communicates in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Max Langosco (Economist, PMP) is an author, speaker, trainer, coach and consultant in project management practices and processes; and the founder of PMR2, an AI powered project management tool. For the past twenty years, he has assumed a wide spectrum of roles and responsibilities in the global project management arena in the Americas, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates.

As the CTO of International Business Consultants LLC, which he founded, Dr. Mathuram guides a premier AI research team, championing advancements in machine learning and neural networks.
His expertise as a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) has been instrumental in tailoring the Scaled Agile Framework for AI initiatives, significantly enhancing enterprise productivity and collaborative innovation. Under his leadership, companies have realized transformative gains in operational efficiency, market adaptability, and customer engagement through cutting-edge AI applications.
