Dr. Leon Herszon

Head of IIL Consulting

Dr. Herszon is a highly accomplished, versatile, and respected executive with over 30 years of extensive achievements within diverse environments utilizing exemplary management, analytical, organizational, and people skills. He has experience leading teams to improve performance and manage business transformation focused on agility, transparency, teamwork, experimentation, and innovation. Dr. Herszon’s doctoral research explored factors that contribute to project complexity and proposed a model to manage complexity.

Dr. Herszon performed roles as executive and managing director, Chief Agility Officer, entrepreneur, portfolio, program and project director, business transformation leader, corporate educator, and is currently the Head of IIL’s global consulting practice. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the prestigious Rutgers Business School. Dr. Herszon can communicate in English, French, Portuguese, German, and Spanish, and is also a several times Ironman triathlon finisher.

Dr. André Barcaui

Author, Professor

Dr. André Barcaui, PhD, PMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM, KMP, CSP-SM, PSO I, CP3P, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC, DS-TLF, CPMAI is a renowned educator and AI expert with decades of experience. With training at MIT, Dr. Barcaui also holds two post-doctorates – Administration and Artificial Intelligence. He lectures and presents about the transformative power of artificial intelligence in education, corporate training, project management, and beyond

He began his career at Hewlett-Packard Consulting, where he managed the Project Office for the Latin American region. Later, he served as Program and Services Manager at IBM. A founding member of the PMI Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) Chapter, he currently serves on its Advisory Board. Currently, Dr. Barcaui works as a professor for undergraduate and graduate programs, in addition to being a consultant, author, and speaker, contributing to the advancement of project management, artificial intelligence, and agile methodologies on a global scale.

Gracey Wilson

Product Manager, Microsoft

Gracey Wilson is passionate about ideas and people and using technology to bridge the two. Currently a Product Manager at Microsoft Intune, she works to secure the data of government, healthcare, financial, tech, and educational organizations around the world.   

Gracey’s interdisciplinary skill set and belief in engineering as a people-centered endeavor have led her to a diversity of experiences: whether helping people build credit at a 7-person start up, introducing lean manufacturing to a legacy GE jet engine plant, collaborating with Boston City Hall to make open data accessible, improving the specificity of Pfizer’s drug quality monitoring in the preclinical trial supply chain, or bringing tech literacy to Boston community organizations for justice reform, Gracey thrives on solving tough problems in the service of a better world.

Jim Boland

IBM

A former CIO, Jim has 30 years experience working across multiple industries. Jim is leading a number of initiatives to infuse GEN AI across the project management life cycle, including the development of new assistants and agents.

Jim is a recognized thought leader in project and program management and as the global leader of IBMs Project Management Centre of Excellence, he is driving the advancement of IBMs project and program management standards and capabilities across the IBM enterprise. Jim has both participated in, written and contributed to multiple thought leader publications and events.
