Business Intelligence (BI) is an emerging concept that refers to technologies, applications and practices for the collection, integration, analysis and presentation of business information. The purpose of Business Intelligence for projects is to support better business decision making for project stakeholders. By understanding and applying Business Intelligence, project managers will be better equipped to meet project KPIs and CSFs that lead to project success.
