Based on the assumption that “with projects we create the future”, in this presentation, Martina will unfold the power of projects in relation to how they contribute to sustainable development. Today’s project leaders are not only measured to deliver on time and on budget, but also to create economic, social, and ecological value for stakeholders. Balancing prosperity, people, and planet are central expectations when leading projects, but how can project leaders integrate sustainability principles into managing projects? Martina will introduce the project as a learning, a social, and a co-creation space. This conceptualization supports value creation for project professionals, organizations, and society.
