About Dr. Al Zeitoun

Dr. Zeitoun, PgMP, PMI Fellow is a Future of Work, business optimization, and operational performance excellence thought leader and author with global experiences in strategy execution. His experiences encompass leading organizations, delivering their Enterprise Digital and Business Transformation, and executing complex missions across diverse cultures globally.  

In his current role with Siemens, he is responsible for driving the global program management practices and enabling key Strategy Transformation priorities.  

Previously, he held many strategic roles such as the Executive Director for Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation. With Booz Allen Hamilton, he led the firm’s Portfolio Management and Agile Governance Solutions.  

With the International Institute of Learning, Dr. Zeitoun was a senior leader and global trainer and coach.

About Leon Herszon, Ph.D.

Dr. Leon Herszon (PhD, PMP, CSM, CSPO, DASSM) is the Head of IIL Consulting at the International Institute for Learning (IIL)He launched his career at Shell, where he managed the areas of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), Information Technology, and strategic projects. Next, he moved on to IIL, establishing the company’s South American operations with a base in BrazilOnce that was up and running, he moved to the USA and led several initiatives in sales, products and services, and business agility. Currently, he leads IIL’s global consulting practice with headquarters in NYC, with a focus on helping clients on their improvement journey. With a master’s degree focused on project management maturity models, he went on to earn his Ph.D. by proposing a model to support complex projects. Dr. Herszon also lectures on project management at Rutgers Business School and delivers presentations worldwideHe is a several times Ironman finisher, and communicates in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.
