The Building Blocks to Lead Experience-Driven Cultures

About the Presentation

Organizations and businesses operate in a changing nature continuously. At the center of this change is the reliance on technology. Transforming in a digital world has been highly expedited by the power of virtual collaboration. Leaders are now expected to master skills to effectively leverage innovation outcomes as well as sustain their relevance in the changing nature of work.

Companies usually have more innovation projects than they can execute with existing organizational resources. Selecting an innovation project that creates the right experiences for customers and across the business is where tomorrow’s executives’ priorities will focus. Misalignment occurs when innovation projects are established and prioritized without a clear understanding of purpose, targeted business experience, and the resources needed.

Leaders in experience-driven cultures must assist with identifying the required skills and capabilities needed in the organization, and then select those projects that will create the environment and opportunities needed for their practice. The experience-driven organization’ success will hinge on its executives committing to many of the principles and critical building blocks in this presentation.
