Access to the items above are available in IIL’s Learning Center directly from your Learner Dashboard. If this is your first time accessing the IIL Learning Center, anticipate an email inviting you to create your Learner Profile. If you don’t receive this notification, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected].
Everything you need to access the above features can be found from your account in IIL’s Learning Center.
After logging into the Learner Dashboard, navigate to your course under the Live Classes/Events tab.
Pre-work materials and access to the benefits listed above including the AI-Powered PMP® Exam Simulator are accessible in the Welcome & Getting Started section of the course menu.
Accessing your PMP Training Course Materials from our PMI Partner Platform (MyPMI)
The digital course materials for your upcoming PMP training are available for download through the PMI Partner Platform (MyPMI Learner Portal). Please check your email for a message from [email protected]. This email contains a link that will allow you to download the necessary digital learning materials for the class. Alternatively, you can access your digital courseware by logging into the PMI Partner Platform (Learner’s Portal) using your PMI.org login credentials.
DO NOT WAIT: these materials are integral to your success in this course! Download them in advance of the first session.

An invite will be received via email from [email protected] with a link to click to accept your invite to PMI and materials.

Once you click the Invite Link, you will be asked if you have an account with PMI or if you need to create an account with PMI.
Or, if you have an account, log in.

Clicking on “yes, I have a PMI Log in” you will be shown the username they associate with you and ask if you accept the invite.

You will then be sent a verification code to fill out with the email address you have previously provided to PMI.

You will be asked to share your information with IIL as well.

Once you agree to share your information you will then be directed to your Partner Platform to access your materials.

Now you have access to the materials. Click the Start Course.

The materials such as workbook, exercises, and all other information can be found below.

To access your materials after claiming them and logging out of PMI, you will go to pmi.org and log-in.

Fill in your username and password you created and “Log In to PMI”

Choose the drop down by your name and then Library. All courses you have with PMI will be displayed here in the main window.
*If you have not accessed previously you will need to click on the ”Get Course” button, if you have accessed before it will display the title to resume your learning.
Reference Materials
PMI has curated a list of reference materials, some of which may be referenced during the course. These materials are optional, you can obtain a copy with a PMI membership. The materials include:
- A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)
- Agile Practice Guide
We recommend obtaining your free PDF copy of the PMBOK® Guide before the course begins by becoming a Project Management Institute (PMI®) member. Additionally, PMI membership can reduce your exam fee.

Joining the Class
Mark your calendars with all session dates and times which can be found from the Sessions/Meetings tab in your course left-hand menu. Dates/Times will be displayed in your own time zone.
To Join the Live Virtual Training
Find the Sessions/Meetings section of the course menu. For technical requirements related to the virtual classroom, refer to the ‘Joining the Class’ section in the left-hand menu
To join the Live Virtual Training, we recommend logging in 30 minutes before the start time to test your system*. Access the training directly from the IIL Learning Center. The classroom link is available in the Sessions area of the Course menu. Be sure to select the correct session each day to ensure your attendance is recorded.
* For technical requirements related to the virtual classroom, refer to the ‘Joining the Class’ section in the left-hand menu.
To Join the In-Person Classroom
Participants who miss a session will have access to course recordings for seven (7) calendar days, but only for the specific session(s) they missed. Recordings of the entire course will not be available.
After the class, navigate to the Closing & Completion section of your class menu for all additional instructions.
