Welcome to the “Learning in Minutes” Subscription service provided by International Institute for Learning Inc. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing.
1) Subscription Plans and Fees
Monthly Subscription: Users may subscribe to the “Learning in Minutes” service monthly for $36.
Annual Subscription: Users may subscribe to the “Learning in Minutes” service on a yearly basis for $162.
The subscription fees are non-refundable, and all charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.
2) Access to Content
Upon successful subscription, users will have unlimited access to all “Learning in Minutes” courses available on our website (https://www.learning-center.iil.com/) for the duration of their subscription.
Access to content is subject to the terms outlined in these Terms and any additional usage policies provided by us.
3) Payment
Payments can be made using the payment methods specified on our website. By providing payment information, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method chosen.
4) Subscription Renewal and Cancellation:
Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew on an annual basis unless canceled by the user.
Customers who purchase a yearly subscription can cancel within 30 days.
5) Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user’s subscription without notice for any violation of these Terms or any unauthorized use of our service.
6) Content Changes
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content available within the “Learning in Minutes” service at our discretion.
7) Intellectual Property
All content provided through the subscription service is the intellectual property of IIL or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
8) Privacy
User data is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
9) Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the “Learning in Minutes” service on an “as-is” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
10) Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IIL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the “Learning in Minutes” service.
11) Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
By subscribing to the “Learning in Minutes” service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe to our service.
