Excellent Facilitation!
I found the course very valuable, I stopped and made notes on what I can take back to the office as well as my personal life! I very much enjoyed the examples and exercises. I would take another course with the trainer she was most effect!

Overall, a great course!
I have been in project management officially for almost a year and this back-to-basics review really helps solidify how to be better with managing projects. It was nice to have a better Definition of terms/concepts that I use daily as a project manager and visuals explaining each of the concepts also helped.

Everything was Wonderful!
The layout and ease of use was one of the best parts. I really enjoyed that the course forced you to make time and think about the areas I can improve on at work and how to incorporate Agile methodologies into my daily tasks. All the topics seems to flow very well together. I can’t think of anything I would add or take away.

This is a tough topic to really understand and the material make this easy. I think this course was well balanced with statistics, applications, definitions exercises, etc.
