This White Paper contains a process to use when considering the purpose of your office after the worldwide pandemic of 2020. The PLLANET model includes 7 tenets that, when used together, are proven to result in higher employee engagement, more efficient use of space, and a more inclusive workplace. The 7 tenets work in concert so that your stakeholders (employees, managers, and leaders) have greater buy-in of the resulting change.

Lisa Whited’s education, experience and credentials blend organizational development, change management, physical workplace design, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging), and sustainability to improve work for all. Internationally recognized as a thought leader on the future of work, she believes in the transformative power of improving workplaces. 

Lisa has an MS in Organization & Management from Antioch University and holds certifications in mediation, facilitation, interior design, and as a circular economy specialist. She is currently a doctoral student in the Organizational Development & Change program at Fielding Graduate University.

Lisa has consulted for major companies including Google, Microsoft, WTW, BP, and Omnicom. She received IFMA’s Distinguished Author Award for her book Work Better. Save the Planet which is a guide for building employee engagement while positively impacting climate change.
